Who I am

Coastline Content Co. is a small business run by me, Jackson Phelps, a sole proprietor in Florida. If you have questions about this policy, email coastlinecontentcompany@gmail.com.

What I collect

• Form details. What you enter in the Contact or Get Started forms. This includes your name, business name, email, phone, city, website, social links and answers about your business.
• Files you upload. Photos, logos or documents you choose to send.
• Emails. Messages you send me and my replies.
• Basic server logs. My hosting provider, Netlify, automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. This data is used to run and secure the site.

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download them.

How I use it

I use your information to reply to you, prepare your free sample, provide the services you sign up for, and send invoices and receipts. I do not use it for anything else.

Who I share it with

I never sell or rent your information. I share it only with service providers that help me run the business.

• Netlify, for website hosting and form submissions
• Google (Gmail), for email
• A payment processor, once you pay for a plan

I may also share information if the law requires it.

Access to your social media accounts

If you hire me for Social, I ask for partner access through Meta Business Suite. I never ask for your password. I use this access only to deliver the agreed services, and I never share it. You can remove my access at any time.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only as long as I need it to work with you and to keep basic business and tax records. To have your information deleted, email coastlinecontentcompany@gmail.com. I will delete it, except for anything the law requires me to keep.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no website, email or online service is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee its security.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Emails from me

If you contact me or hire me, I will email you about your request or your services. I may also email businesses at publicly listed business addresses to introduce my services. Each of these emails explains how to opt out, and I honor opt-outs promptly. You can also reply and ask me to stop.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. law.

Changes

If I update this policy, I will post the new version here with a new effective date.
